Peace in the Park 5

Event Overview

Peace in the Park is Thumbs Up’s annual community music festival held at Nose Creek Park in Airdrie as part of ‘Resiliency Awareness Month’ each September. The event supports Thumbs Up’s vision of a world where suicide is never the outcome by fostering connection, awareness, and promoting resilience through music and community engagement.

More than a music festival, this “Rockin’ for a Reason” event brings people together to celebrate and honor healers, helpers, and heroes—individuals and organizations that strengthen community well-being and make the world a kinder place.

Peace in the Park celebrates resilience and connection, featuring a full day of live music, health and wellness vendors, food trucks and so much more.
